Amanda & Joey’s Wedding at Arlington Heights United Methodist and The Fort Worth Club

Amanda & Joey were married at The Arlington Heights United Methodist Church in Fort Worth, and had a great reception downtown at The Fort Worth Club.  The day started early with Joey’s coverage at The 21 Room on the 11th Floor of The Fort Worth Club.  The space is amazing and features the home of The Davey O’Brien Award room.  If you’re a guy who’s into College Football, the trophy room of the O’Brien Award is an awesome site to see.  Joey being a Texas Longhorn had 1 up on me with his Vince Young and Colt McCoy beating out my Johnny Football.  We had a good laugh about it.  The guys were allowed the run of the place and we were able to capture them doing what guys should do before a wedding…drinking, playing poker, shooting pool, and telling lies.  Seriously, if I was a guy looking for a killer place to have a great time and relax before my wedding, I’d be on the phone to The 21 Room.  After we finished the groom’s coverage, we made our way across town to Arlington Heights United Methodist Church for the Bride’s coverage and the wedding.  The church was beautiful and we were able to find a few places out of the wind for the girls’ portraits.  After the wedding, we hustled over to downtown Fort Worth and up to the 12th Floor of the Fort Worth Club building.  The space is huge and there were actually 2 weddings going on at the same time.  We tried to get Joey and Amanda to crash the other wedding, but they were having too much fun on their own.  After dinner, dancing, cake and toasts, the couple made their way down the elevator and were surprised by a horse and carriage to take them away.  We hope you enjoy their images and please keep us in mind when planning a Fort Worth Wedding.
