Samantha & Danny’s Dallas Arboretum Rainy Day Wedding

The Dallas Arboretum is known for its beauty and color and floral displays, year round.  In our mind’s eye, it never rains there, and every wedding is on a picture perfect spring or fall afternoon.  Well, in the case of Samantha and Danny’s wedding, they were not as fortunate with the weather.  Their fall wedding on a very rainy September day put the staff at the Dallas Arboretum to the test.  Their wedding was to be held in the one of the lower gardens, but the rain pushed them into the DeGolyer House Library and Cafe.  We did catch a break in the weather late in the evening for a few images outside, and the rain didn’t dampen the mood at all.  Here are a few of our favorite images from their wedding.
