The Texas Discovery Gardens is a beautiful venue for a wedding. The photography locations are endless, making it easily one of our favorite places to photograph a wedding in Dallas. Jennifer & Tim were married at The Texas Discovery Gardens on May 19, 2012. The event was planned by Yvette Audrain of Premier Special Events, who made the whole day fabulous. We started with Jen & the girls, moved on to Tim & the boys, followed by a few details shots of the room. Once the processional began, we used our laid back approach to capture the moments as they happened. Using longer lenses than most photographers, we were able to say concealed and out of the way of the guests so they could enjoy the wedding. Two photographers working in sync with each other makes it very easy to capture a variety of angles in a short window. While one person photographs from a wider view, the other goes closer with a telephoto lens. Our finished products is better because we constantly provide a new perspective on traditionally straightforward photographs. After the ceremony, we were able to steal a few moments with the couple for some portraits alone, and then we were whisked away to the reception. The colors were amazing in the room, and the patio was alive with guests as the party went on. Toasts, cake cutting and a bit of dancing were followed by a quick getaway with bubbles. Here are a few of our favorite images used in Jen & Tim’s amazing Flush Mount Signature Design Album. We look forward to bringing you an updated post featuring their Aluminum and leather covered album by Finao.
